RAW VIDEO: Puppy Stolen from Shakopee Pet Store

A pet store in Shakopee is searching for a puppy stolen Monday morning.

Surveillance video shows the 9-week-old Chihuahua being taken at 11 a.m. by a man at Petland Shakopee, 8091 Old Carriage Court N., according to Petland staff.

A cause fur paws

Walk to raise money for homeless animals Saturday, May 22nd.

Trinity Lutheran School students are organizing "A Cause Fur Paws" event to raise money for the Carver Scott Humane Society in Chaska.

A 5K run, walk starts at 10 a.m. May 22nd at Trinity Lutheran School, 500 West Church St. in Belle Plaine. Registration begins at 9 a.m.

Cost is $5, pledges are encouraged. Click here to print a pledge form.

Water and fruit will be provided.

Dog recovers after shooting, charges pending

A chocolate lab is recovering after he was shot in the leg in Credit River Township. 

Dave Moline came home to mow his lawn last Friday with his 3-year-old chocolate lab, Snickers. 

Lori and Dave Moline and their two sons live in Credit River Township in Scott County where Snickers sometimes wanders off to greet neighbors.
